Sunday Night Studies
FYI, beginning September 26th at 6:00 PM, CDBC will have 7 weeks of Bible classes on Sunday evenings. One class will be on "The Parent Adventure" which will be lead by Terri Fonville. The Parent Adventure helps parents connect their children to God by teaching them to love Him and pursue His purposes for life.
The ladies will have a class that is titled, "My, Myself and Lies; A Closet Makeover". This class is lead by Jessica Garcia. Knowing that words are powerful, especially the words women speak to themselves; this study identifies how what we think often has a ripple effect on nearly every area of our lives. Often ladies self talk, whether it be when they lie in bed at night or look in the mirror in the morning is not even close to the words God wants them to speak to their souls. This study will aid women to renew their minds.
The men will have a Bible study class on "Character", lead by Pastor Jack.
Martha Garrett will be providing activities for our children.

Missions lunch, huge success.
Thanks to each who participated in our "Missions Lunch." We were able to raise a considerable amount of monies for missions.
We are especially appreciative to Debi and Robert Foster who prepared most of the meal, and to each of the ladies who graciously
brought deserts.
Beth Moore Living Proof Simulcast
Some of our ladies will be attending the "Living Proof" live simulcast of Beth Moore at First Baptist Church Nederland. The cost is
